Jewelry, Gifts, Handbags and Accessories 

All jewelry, scarves, gifts, handbags and other accessories are final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective. If this is the case, please send us an email(maryevelyn@shopjustthething.com) describing what is wrong with the item and a picture within 7 day of the package being received.

If we still have the item in stock we will exchange it. If not, we can offer a website credit once the item has been returned to us. 

Clothing & Shoes

Clothing and shoes are eligible for exchange or website credit for 7 days after the package has been received. Please IMMEDIATELY inspect and try on your clothing upon arrival and follow the steps provided on our returns portal. Follow this link to start a return--Returns & Exchanges. The item must be unworn and have the tags attached to be available for exchange or credit.

**We do NOT give refunds to ANY returns. You will receive a website credit only, or exchange if your item is eligible! **

If you purchased a REDO return label at checkout then you will be given a free return label through our returns portal. If you did not purchase the label at checkout then you will be responsible for a small return shipping fee.

Procedure if you receive a damage/ incorrect item:

If you happen to receive an item that is damaged, or if we ship the incorrect item on accident, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your order. You can email maryevelyn@shopjustthething.com.
