Return Policy

Just The Thing hopes that you are pleased with your purchase. However, we realize that things happen. If you experience any problems with your order please email us as soon as possible through our contact page.

Jewelry, Gifts, and Accessories 

All jewelry, scarves, gifts, and other accessories are final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective. If this is the case, please send us an email describing what is wrong with the item and a picture within 7 days of the package being received. If we still have the item in stock we will exchange it. If not, we can offer a website credit once the item has been returned to us. You will have to provide us with the order number and the SKU of the item that you would like to send back. All items that are returned MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number on the outside of the package or we will not accept it. You will receive this RA once we have received and processed your email. We will issue you a website credit once the item has been received. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Clothing & Shoes

Clothing and shoes are eligible for exchange or website credit for 7 days after the package has been received. Please IMMEDIATELY inspect and try on your clothing upon arrival and email us if return is needed. You will have to provide us with the order number and the SKU of the item that you would like to send back. All items that are returned MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number on the outside of the package or we will not accept it. You will receive this RA once we have received and processed your email. We will issue you a website credit once the item has been received. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Website credits are only redeemable on the website, they cannot be transferred to in store purchases.  The item must be unworn and have the tags attached to be available for exchange or credit.
