Jewelry, Gifts, and Accessories
All jewelry, scarves, gifts, and other accessories are final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective. If this is the case, please send us an email describing what is wrong with the item and a picture within 7 days of the package being received. If we still have the item in stock we will exchange it. If not, we can offer a website credit once the item has been returned to us. All items that are returned MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number on the outside of the package or we will not accept it. You will receive this RA once we have received and processed your email or phone call. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Clothing & Shoes
Clothing and shoes are eligible for exchange or store credit for 7 days after the package has been received. Please IMMEDIATELY inspect and try on your clothing upon arrival and either email or call us if there are problems. You will have to provide us with the order number and the SKU of the item that you would like to send back. We do not offer full returns and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. All items MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number to be accepted. We will issue you a website credit once the item has been received. The item must be unworn and have the tags attached to be available for exchange or credit.
